Q&A with Deliciously Ella

Here is your chance to question award-winning and best-selling author Deliciously Ella about all things food and business!

Ella Mills is an award-winning cookery author and entrepreneur, and a champion of healthy, plant based cooking. She started off with the popular blog, deliciouslyella.com, which has had over 130 million hits in the last four years. Her first book came out in January 2015 and has been the best-selling debut cookbook ever in the UK and a NY Times best seller. She has since released a further three best-selling books, created a #1 app, launched a line of natural beauty products in collaboration with Neal’s Yard Remedies and with her husband, opened three deli’s in London, as well as launching three food product lines across the UK. Their products – energy balls, granolas and muesli and oat bars – are now stocked in over 5500 stores, including Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Ocado, WHSmith, Starbucks, Boots and Holland and Barrett. Ella and Matthew recently won the Ernst & Young Rising Star Award at the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in London, and Ella has over 1.2 million followers on Instagram alone.

Cat Meffan is a yoga-teaching health and fitness blogger who founded the blog Imperfect Matter.

With free weekly yoga classes on her Youtube channel, Cat’s mission is to live a very happy, healthy life whilst helping others make positive changes to their own. Cat’s social channels are a hub for active living, where she shares her advice and life experiences – the highs, the lows and everything in between. Imperfect Matter is about being an imperfect human in a world where everyone is striving for perfection.

HIIT and Chill with Frame

The workout over-stimulated Londoners have been waiting for… HIIT & Chill.

This class will start with a HIIT combination of speed, strength, plyometric and isometric movements all being driven by deep electronic music which has a sound healing frequency to help align the chakras while you sweat. As your HIIT winds down you will be lead into a blissful sound bath with conscious meditation to help even the most amped up adrenaline junkie totally chill out.

Panel: Wellness for mums & expectant mums

Expect a refreshingly honest discussion on shattering the stereotype around ‘Mum’ and show that you can still achieve you’re goals as a mother, whether in business, sports, relationships etc. Key topics will include pre and postnatal fitness, juggling a busy life with confidence as well as busting any myths such as the effects of exercise on breastfeeding, and how to get creative with at-home exercises.

Skip HIIT with AK Fit Club

AK Fit Club is the home of Skip HIIT, a 45-minute full body workout combining skipping and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

At AK Fit Club we aim to promote fitness and fun! The company was founded in 2016 by competitive cheerleaders and fitness lovers who wanted to share their passion for health and fitness in a fun and unique way.

The fast paced, dynamic classes help you burn calories more efficiently and the combination of high intensity skipping and strength training help tone and strengthen your whole body, whilst improving your agility, balance and coordination.

The classes are open to all levels of fitness and no skipping experience is required. Skipping is no longer just for the playground so join the club to try this incredible workout!
