FAQs

How do I book classes?

We open up 50% of spaces in classes and workshops for advanced booking online. Once you have purchased a ticket, the link  to book classes will be provided within your confirmation email. Please note- talks and cooking demonstrations on the Main Stage are walk up only, and are not available to book online. Please bring your class entry tickets along on the day and hold onto these throughout.

If a class says ‘Sold Out’ on Eventbrite, can I still get in?

Absolutely. Only 50% of spaces in classes are opened online for advanced booking. We reserve the further 50% for customers to walk up on the day and grab a spot. All you have to do is turn up to the given studio 20 mins prior to start time. Don’t forget to check the timetables around the site and make sure you are at the right studio. Please note: VIP ticket holders will get priority access to classes, and will therefore be let in first.

How do I get a place in talks on the Be:FIT London Live Main Stage?

The Be:FIT London Live Stage is out in the Main Hall, right by the front entrance, with both seating and standing space available. To get a seat, we recommend arriving to the area 20 mins prior to session start time.

Are there showers on site?

There are no showers within the festival. There will be freshen up products given out around the site and you can visit the Be:FIT Beauty Braid bar to get a hairstyle that is fully class-proof to keep you going throughout the day.

Is water provided?

Water will be provided around the site and in all studios. There is also a bar where you can purchase alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Absolutely! We are more aimed at women but we also welcome male attendees. Many males do come along and are very welcome to take part.
