Brand new for 2017 we will have a Functional Fitness studio featuring classes from F45 and Another_Space, a 30 bike cycling studio from Cycle_Space, and of course- the Reebok Fitness Studio, with classes from Equinox, Barry’s Bootcamp, PHIIT London, BLOK London and more! Fitness timetables are live online now and advanced booking for all classes is open.

You will receive a link to book classes within the confirmation email, once you have purchased your festival ticket.

Lee and Charlie have been close friends for (too) many years! It was on a cold and wet poolside some 16 years ago they first met, though neither of them could have predicted that together they would rise through the ranks of British swimming and go on to represent Great Britain at numerous international events. After retiring from professional sport, the two friends founded Neat Nutrition- with the objective of simplifying protein supplements into healthy and delicious products with all natural ingredients.

Powerflow with Sara Fakih

A fusion of a dynamic vinyasa flow teamed up with a few plyometrics & ending with yin yoga.

This flow will be sure to heat the body up as well as reminding u to go back to the breath. It challenges the cardio vascular system with some explosive exercises, works your inner core & engagement of the pelvic floor whilst helping to lengthen & strengthen the entire body. Ending with yin helps to switch off the mind whilst allowing the body to release tension very deeply into the connective tissue and fascia, also helping to reduce any risk of injury.

2016 saw the formation of Two Peas in a Bod. A collaboration of two best friends @HealthyChefSteph & @ChessieKing, who are taking the health and fitness world by storm, with their high energy workout videos, fitness tips, recipes and snapchat stories. Buti Yoga – A fusion of Power Yoga, Plyometrics & Tribal Dance; Buti yoga is extremely primal with hidden chakra awakening sequences and methods incorporated.

The name Buti is an Indian Marathi word meaning the cure to something hidden or kept secret. Using a spiralling method throughout the class this class trains you to keep the focus on the pelvis being tucked forward and constant engagement of the pelvic floor and core. It is a very empowering but yet grounding class helping to release your inner power of self worth & self love.

Pip & Joan founded Frame after failing to find a gym in London which didn’t require a year long contract, where you could work out with friends and that was fun too.

New for this year, Pip & Joan will be launching Mumhood, a new online platform for pre and post-natal care, answering a demand for mums and mums-to-be who felt there was a real lack of information available. The duo will be speaking on the Be:FIT London live main stage, offering advice for women through all stages of motherhood, through conception, pregnancy and post natal care, helping new and expectant mothers to maintain their health and happiness.
