Powerflow with Sara Fakih

A fusion of a dynamic vinyasa flow teamed up with a few plyometrics & ending with yin yoga.

This flow will be sure to heat the body up as well as reminding u to go back to the breath. It challenges the cardio vascular system with some explosive exercises, works your inner core & engagement of the pelvic floor whilst helping to lengthen & strengthen the entire body. Ending with yin helps to switch off the mind whilst allowing the body to release tension very deeply into the connective tissue and fascia, also helping to reduce any risk of injury.
